'leaked' Leeds line up;

This leaked line up has just started circulating and it's probably the best one I've seen in a while!

Saying that, for me, the £200+ ticket price would be totally worth it just to see Foo Fighters grace the main stage!

This line up, fake or not, is like a mix of my current taste and that of my past 14 year old self.

Green Day, Slipknot, You Me At Six to Bombay Bicycle Club and The Maccabees.

Oh my days.

If this is true, I will be over the moon.

Short and pretty pointless post but I'm just really happy with my hair at the minute...

(keep growing, pleasepleaseplease!)

So, this past fortnight has been all about seeing friends and family from home and working out where I want to go in life. Basically, things I should have done and thought about a long time ago.

It's gone so quick and I still have a LOT to sort out despite the endless amount of emails I have sent this week. I am exhausted to say the least.

I did, however, have time to go shopping in between all my quarter-life crisis drama. I haven't properly shopped in time so I definitely went to town and put a huge dent in my finances.

Pretty pleased with what I did purchase though, there's a few staple items in there that I've wanted for a while.

I will hopefully get round to posting some photos when I am reunited with my camera!

Just made accounts on both netflix and lovefilm to work out which is best.

So far, netflix didn't have any of the films I searched for but lovefilms looks like it's got a lot of 'pay per view' movies that aren't included in the monthly fee which is annoying...

Hm, we'll see.

You will look twice...

Let me introduce you to the incredible work of Pedro Campos...

So you might be thinking, "pretty cool photos" huh?

WRONG!

These are actually oil paintings.

I am astounded by how incredible Pedro's talent is.

And I bet you had to look twice, right?

Unreal.

The BBC somehow always manage to make the song featured on one of their adverts the soundtrack to my summer/ year

In 2009, it was The Temper Traps 'Sweet Disposition' featured on their advert about UK festivals that played all summer. Every time I saw it I got excited for my first festival experience, the first time my parents had given me the independence to go to one after YEARS of my endless whining!

Whenever I hear it now, it always reminds me of that excitement and how brilliant the summer of '09 was... the first looong summer after our GCSE's. It also reminds me of being able to see the song live back when they played the Festival Republic tent at the very festival their iconic song got me psyched for!

This year, the BBC have already done it again in the form of M83's 'Midnight City'. Such a feel-good song that makes me smile every time I hear the cheery opening.

I can tell it's going to be the song of my 2012, or at least my summer, even though I am uncertain of what memories it's going to hold... hopefully ones as brilliant as those from '09!
